During our trip you will receive many impressions, conversations and information. To ensure that you have access to important documents at any time, you will find the Model contracts, payment plans and other documents for personal preparation and orientation.

Quick recap: Purchase process to contract signing

🗓️1. Block without obligation (48 hours)

If you have a specific object in mind, you can use it for Book 48 hours – without any obligation.
➡️ Tip: It is best to use it directly Day 1 of the investor tripto secure your desired unit – before someone else is 😉 faster

✍️ 2. Sign the reservation agreement

If you want to decide after the first overview, we will prepare the Reservation agreement for you – either:

  • electronically (by e-mail) or

  • directly on site on paperif you like.

With your signature, you can move on to the next step.

💳 3. Transfer the reservation fee

After signing you will receive a Payment link to the reservation fee.
From then on you have 3 business days Time to transfer the fee.

⚠️ Important: Only after receipt of payment is your unit bindingly reserved for you.

4. Right of withdrawal: 14 days notice

From the moment you sign the reservation agreement, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal
during this time, you can withdraw from the contract and receive the refunded in full.

📜 5. Receive & check the purchase contract

Once the fee has been received, we will prepare your individual purchase contract – usually electronically.
You then have 1 month timeto check it at your leisure and sign it.

💰 6. Payment plan or one-time payment

The purchase contract also states your Payment plan fixed:

  • Installments: Usual payment structure with due dates depending on the progress of construction

    or

  • One-off payment (100%) – for the fastest possible processing, e.g. to Golden Visa Application

With 100% payment you already get the official certificate of the ZIPA authoritythat you will use for your Golden Visa even if your property is not completed until a later date.
