In collaboration with the Principal Stylist Sarah Mannah from Mannah Studio we have developed a concept that closes the gap between generic furniture packages and time-consuming individual projects. The result: professionally curated interior design concepts that are specially tailored to the real estate market in Fumba Town.

The concept: Authenticity instead of mass-produced goods

We deliberately avoid imported standard furniture. Instead, we rely on "Everything but standard". Each collection is strictly limited to preserve the uniqueness of your property and make it stand out in the competition of online listings.

Meet: Sarah Mannah

Born in Australia, Sarah now lives between Lesbos in Greece and Zanzibar in Tanzania. Living on islands has shaped her view of what a home really is: combining familiar elements with the spirit of a new place, so that you feel immediately at ease without losing the magic of the new.

With a background in photography, marketing and construction, she creates spaces that are more than just beautiful. Spaces that trigger something in you.

The process: From selection to move-in

Our uncomplicated process takes care of the entire coordination for you. We understand that furnishing a home can quickly become overwhelming. That's why, together with Studio Mannah, we have developed a clear, uncomplicated process that transforms empty rooms step by step into coherent, functional living areas. From the first idea to the last detail, we take care of everything so that in the end you only have to enjoy the result.

Local value creation: Craftsmanship & materials with history

We are convinced that anyone who invests in Tanzania should also shop locally and support local businesses. Our furnishing packages are therefore not an off-the-shelf import, but a commitment to the craftsmanship of East Africa.

Regional hardwoods
We use high-quality African woods such as Mpangapanga and Mninga, carefully dried and adapted to the coastal climate of Zanzibar for maximum durability.

Traditional textiles
Hand-picked textiles such as Ifakara cotton blankets, Kuba fabrics made of raffia or handmade wool carpets complement any furnishing concept.

Real handicrafts
In collaboration with local craftsmen, individual pieces are created from rattan, paper cord or hand-made ceramics.

Curated works of art
Carefully selected works of art and accents from East Africa lend character to rooms and make them stand out in online listings.
